frequently asked questions

I don’t know exactly what to schedule. How do I know?

Head over to our New Client page and we can help figure out what the best timing would be for your session.

I don’t understand all-inclusive pricing. How does it work?

Our prices are all-inclusive meaning your time with us includes all extra color bowls and treatments. We are a gratuity-free salon. When we have the proper amount of time it allows our stylists to use what we need to in order to make your hair the best it can be. Also, our pricing allows our stylists to be compensated appropriately and have a livable income with proper benefits. We strive to do our craft quickly and efficiently but the truth of creating a custom color can in general takes 2.5-4+ hours depending on your maintenance level and your specific needs.

At any time you may ask your stylist about general timelines for each application and processing time.

If you are working within a certain budget, please let us know in advance. Some haircolors are not achievable within certain budgets or may be higher maintenance than what is financially feasible. Please talk to your preferred stylist about your budget, we may be able to recommend another professional to fit your budget needs.

I need to cancel or reschedule my session. How can I do that?

There are 3 different ways: Email: info@goldenembersalon.com Text: 720.757.2564 Contact us page

We honor a 48-hour cancellation policy to change, reschedule or cancel your session. At any given time, each of our stylists may have a client (or a few) on their waitlist to take your reservation. Our stylists are professionals and generate their income by having clients in their chair. When proper notice is given it allows us to offer another client on the waitlist an opportunity to come in. We do our best to send our text and email confirmations and reminders but ultimately, it is your responsibility to remember the time and date of your session.

Our stylist's financial survival depends on clients receiving services.

And hey, we get that emergencies happen but it is common practice in most industries to charge for lost time. It’s not “just hair” to us, it’s our livelihood.
