Our rates are stylist-specific, and we have rates for every budget. When pricing is transparent and all-inclusive, you can relax knowing we won't be tacking add-on charges to your bill.

Our stylists are in full control of their schedule, client base and techniques they offer. This encourages a workplace where we’re excited to be here and work together to give our clients the best possible experience.

We stand behind our work. If you have a concern about your service, please contact Golden Ember Salon directly within 7 days of your appointment so we can properly review and assist you.

All adjustments must be scheduled through the salon to ensure proper documentation and care. We are unable to honor adjustments arranged directly with individual stylists outside of the salon.

If the result differs from the original consultation plan, an adjustment may be provided at no charge. If you decide you would like a different result than the one originally discussed, it will be considered a new service and priced accordingly.
