Does my membership auto-renew? Yes! Your membership is automatically billed each month on the date of your original purchase. For example, if you sign up on September 20th, your next charges will be on October 20th, November 20th, and so on.
If I join mid-month, do I have until the end of the month to use my vouchers? No need to rush! Your vouchers are valid for one month from the date they are issued; not based on the calendar month. So if you join on September 15th, your vouchers will expire on October 15th (not September 30th).
You can always check your specific voucher expiration dates in your client portal under "Vouchers" each one will show the exact expiration date.
How do I update my payment method? You can update your payment method anytime through your client portal. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I access past payment receipts? Yes, your client portal provides access to your billing history and receipts.
Can I change my membership? Absolutely. Whether you’d like to switch from the Beam Blowout to the Radiant Blowout or vice versa, just let us know at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Questions? Don’t hesitate to give us a call!
How many vouchers do I have available? This depends on your package! Both the Radiant and Beam Blowout memberships offer options for 2 or 4 blowouts per month. To see how many vouchers you currently have available, just log in to your client portal.
Why isn't my voucher showing up at checkout? This occurs when the voucher is for a specific service that doesn't match the service being booked. When checking out, please ensure that your appointment matches the package you selected. For example: “Beam Blowout (2).”
How do I cancel my membership? We're sorry to see you go! To cancel your membership, please email us at hello@goldenembersalon.com at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Please note: Any unused vouchers will expire at the end of your billing period and do not carry over to the next month.
Do you offer refunds? Our memberships are non-refundable. Because membership benefits (like vouchers) are issued immediately upon billing, we do not offer automatic refunds for unused services. That said, we understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you feel you have a special circumstance, please reach out to us at hello@goldenembersalon.com, and our management team will review your request.
Can I share my membership benefits with family members? Memberships are tied to your individual client account and cannot be shared. However, if you're on the 4 blowout/month plan, you may gift one blowout per month to a friend.
Can I see any stylist? Yes! You're welcome to book with any available stylist. While we encourage pre-booking for your preferred stylist, we can’t guarantee last-minute availability. All of our stylists are trained to provide your selected package, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
