In order to better serve all of our clients, our time is carefully mapped out. It is because of this we honor a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Notice must be given to at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel in order to avoid $40 fee. For no-shows or same day cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your service total and you may be required to make a deposit for future scheduled sessions.
At any time we may have clients waiting on our cancellation list for appointments. Given this demand, we have to enforce our cancellation/rescheduling policy to protect our stylists. All of our stylists make a living through taking care of clients in their chair. If a session is missed with little notice or does not show up, this leaves no opportunity for the stylist to schedule another session in your reserved time and it forfeits their income.
A 50% non-refundable retainer will be collected before reserving your session to secure your spot. A no-show or last minute cancellation will result in a loss of this retainer. Rescheduling at least 48 hours prior will allow you to move your appointment while keeping your deposit.

All sales are final after 7 days.
Street Parking is available. Please be mindful not to block alley ways and private driveways. There is no parking available in private parking lots that belong to surrounding businesses. Our town is growing fast, remember to allow extra time before your appointment to find parking.
